Surf and yoga go perfectly together. It's important to stretch and strengthen the muscles that you worked when surfing. Working on flexibility increases your chances of better performance. Not just for surfing, taking care of yourself has many great benefits, improves your posture giving alignment to the body, strengths your lower back, builds muscles, releases stress and calms the mind.

Its a beautiful feeling being able to do Yoga on a Stand Up Paddleboard while floating on the ocean. The class is given based on your experience. This class is for everyone, you get 2 classes in 1, how to properly SUP and the Paddle Yoga lesson. Let go completely and flow with water, great to enjoy the stretches and take advantage of the good prana that the ocean has.
